5 Reasons Why Hillary Should Not Be President

by Christopher Wells

First let me just say for the record, I am a registered Democrat and even though I would describe myself as a man’s man, I do feel I could vote for a woman president. Having said that, I will certainly only vote for a female candidate when there’s one worthy of voting for and not one whose major accomplishments had more to do with her husband’s name than that of her own. Hence the 5 reasons why I think Hillary should not be president:

She’s a phony. If seeing is believing then this is the only evidence I need to show you in order to prove my point. Watch how she puts on phony accents for each audience she’s addressing (not bad for a girl who grew up in Illinois):

This is not merely a changing of policy, this is a total changing of who you are in order to appeal to a certain group before you. This is the very reason why we Americans should be very leery of her…(And to be fair Ted Cruz acts just as phony and I would never vote for him for the same reasons) Anyone willing to be something other than who they truly are, is the very someone we’ve been warned about all of our lives not to date, marry, or God forbid let run our country.

She has never accomplished anything nationally outside of her husband’s last name. Yes, Hillary has accomplished titles I realize that, but aside from graduating from Yale law school (which is a major accomplishment and the one thing she has done on her own to which I give her much credit), once married in 1975 she became first lady of Arkansas only 3 years later and has been solidly using the Clinton name for both political and financial gain ever since. She only made full partner at her then Law firm (after specializing in patent infringement work of all things) in the same year she became first lady of Arkansas. (Not a bad move to place the first ladies’ last name on the law firm’s sign out front is it?  Bet that didn’t help business any;) I say it again if she had gone through life as just Hillary Rodham the many doors would have certainly not been opened to her. If she had become a Senator, Secretary of State etc…all on her own name as Hillary Rodham, then certainly I would be very interested in voting for her, but she didn’t. These titles were nothing more than inherited as a result of her fame as First Lady; both in Arkansas and in Washington. These accomplishments took about the same amount of effort and hard work as an entitled kid who inherits his father’s fortune and then scolds others for not knowing how to become rich. The presidency should never be inherited. (Case in point, George W. Bush)

Too many scandals. What is the biblical verse—You can judge a tree by the fruit it bears—well just think back to all the scandals the Clintons have had while in or out of office. Every posts they’ve held or donations gained have been riddled with scandals. (They can’t even build a presidential library without a scandal!) From Whitewater to her failure with the 1993 health care plan, to the ongoing email scandal at the state department;(…and you think Trump is controversial?) where ever she has “served”–a scandal was not far behind! Thus, another reason she should not be president.

Even women hate her. I’ve learned that women have a intuition about phony girls. This intuition is never better on display than when we were kids in high school and all the girls hated the certain “head cheerleader” type (you can remember who she was) for reasons we men always took as mere jealousy. Until you were “lucky” enough to talk, meet, or date this girl and found out they were right about her all along. Well, I hate to say it but the real reason women hate Hillary is they see right through her. This is not hard to do–only let’s please don’t spend the next 4 years finding out they were right about Hillary too—The country can’t afford it. Without women support, I think people are really going to be shocked at how weak she will run in the general election. Especially since she’s having so much trouble beating a self proclaimed Socialist in an American election, like Bernie Sanders. (No disrespect to Bernie, I actually like his authentic style and the fact that he stands up for what he believes in right or wrong. I would rather vote for him over Hillary any day.)

She didn’t leave Bill. This one’s huge for me. I would’ve had a lot more respect for Hillary if she had left Bill after the Monica scandal or the other umpteenth times he has cheated on her. You’d think someone so accomplished and sure of her own identity would not take this kind of treatment lightly from a mere man. You’d think a real feminist would set the example for other disrespected females to follow, right? But she didn’t. She didn’t because she didn’t want to just become Hillary Rodham and to me, that’s the problem with her candidacy. Also where’s Bill during her campaign? Does she think him too much of a liability  to stand by her side? Why is losing a few votes more important than to be with your husband as you run for the most important job in the free world? Shouldn’t he be there if he was really forgiven by her? That’s why to me, their whole “political relationship” is a scam and I hope the American people aren’t buying this BS anymore.

Again these are my reasons, you don’t have to agree with them. However, no matter who you vote for let it be someone who is authentic and real–whether male or female. Your candidate should stand for what he/she believes in without wavier and be the same person in private that they are in public or they are not worthy of your vote. I’m very afraid we have been voting for this kind of phony person for far too long….which does explain a lot doesn’t it?

I’ll leave you with how painful it is for her to do something normal like ride the subway..Enjoy:)
